I noticed a little squeek about a week ago,I did some very light wheeling this weekend and it got worse and I pin pointed the sound at the right rear shackle and then I naturally got out the grease gun and lubed it up good but it was still there then looking closer it looks like a small limiting screw at the rear of the shackle mount rubbing hard on the shackle.Do I need this? Can I remove it?

Looks like I figured it out. When i did My bastard pack I left out one of the leaf spring liners on the right rear end of the leaf.Pryed the leaf open a little bit and wd-40Dd the heck out of it and shazam! No more squeek!lol Still curious about that adjusting bolt though.
you should find some sort of hard plastic shim for the leaf-pack.. that sound will eventually come back, As for the set-screw.. chances are its a point for a grease Zerk fitting.. make sure that when under flex it wont get snapped off. I can not quite see what is in the pic but that would be my guess given its location.
Good Luck!

Mine makes all kinds of noise now after the RE 3.5" lift springs It pretty much squeaks everytime it fliexs driving down the road. I haven't put much time or effort into figuring out what I can do to get rid of it. Hopefully it will go away on its own.

Yeah I am gonna get something to go between the leaf like you said Trapper ,the bolt is for sure not a zerk fitting though just a small nut and bolt that comes through the body and shackle housing and touches the shackle arm.Any one else have one of these on theirs?Seems like it would limit flex a little

This is how I fixed mine.
hosed it down with WD-40
hit the joints with motorcycle chain grease.
Greased the heck out of the zerk fitting
still 3 weeks later squeaking = gone
