Springs ok for AAL?
picked them up from this guy that owns his own shop, they specialize in lifts on 4x4s, he said these were off a '95 XJ. $80, what do you think?
I just wanted to get a good set of stock height XJ leafs and coils, the xj i just bought is an 88 and the leafs are shot, upside down U's shot. and i'll be replacing the shocks to. So i wanted a set of stock stuff to get me to work and back untill i can afford a lift.
What do you think, they look to be pretty good, but than again, thats why im askin haha.

Those springs look like they have plenty of life left in them. I also have some frowning leaf springs and I'd use those in a heartbeat.

All the JYs around here wanted 50 for a single used leaf pack, and 25 per coil. I got the entire set for 80. Eh, i thought it was a good deal?

can't really tell without the weight of the jeep on em. mine looked like an S on the jeep, but looked like that off it. I wouldn't use an add a leaf even if they were good though personally. Full leaf packs with no regrets here.

Ok, even without the aal part of the conversation, i just wanted my xj to ride better to and from work, my current leafs are junk, ones actually an slight upside down U and the other is completly flat and not far behind. So my goal was to go a good deal on a set of stock height stuff untill i can afford a proper lift. So for 80 bucks what do you think for the coils and leafs?

not what I would've done, but if it achieves the goal you're needing it to then awesome.
