When the issue occurs, my voltage sticks at 11 or 12 volts for about 15 seconds after startup. It has happened twice, the first time I noticed because of a check gauges light and the second time the wipers were moving slow but the volts returned before the light came on. I think both times happened after a lot of rain and wind, could a short somewhere be my problem?
