Spongy brakes??

Spongy brakes??
I Began to notice that my brakes are feeling kind of spongy& I have to push my brake pedal a good couple of inches before it even stops.
My front pads are good. & I just bleed my front brakes & added more fluid.
Also when I roll in my jeep, I can here a scraping/ rubbing sound coming from the front end. I though maybe pads rubbing or scraping on the rotor?
