Mam putting some new speakers in my doors and they are a different connector and I went to cut and splice them and it won't put out any sound. I didn't work with the old speaker or this one what could b causing this???

 

The plug on the back of your deck may be burnt. Use a multi meter and see if there's any power to the speakers. Also check the loom where it goes into the door. Wires can get cut and short out right there.
