Default Spark plug wires, cap and rotor for a 4.0 what do you run?

I see a ton of spark plug threads but none for the cap, rotor and wires?
So what do you use... I have a 90 4.0 if that matters.. thank you

bought mine from advance auto...Accel cap and rotor, and the pro-spark wires were given to me for free.

yea, get the Accel "performance" cap...it has the brass connectors and only a few bucks more.

Napa carries two lines of ignition components. Regular and premium. The premium have the brass contacts. They will have the correct application data or you may be able to look it up.

Stay away from el-cheapo wires. Something middle of the pack is usually sufficient.

I have bought Belden wires from Napa and have had good luck.

Napa can set you up with everything for that tuneup. Good luck!

I'm running a Conrad Gold cap and rotor button (with brass inserts and rotor contact) Great product but I seem to remember reading that they've been hard to find the last couple years... Used to be able to order them through Autozone though. Accel Super Stock 8mm wires and Splitfire plugs.
