Every time I run the codes I get 32. When I turn the key I veg power to the fuel pump for a sec.. what's the ckp?

No it acted as if the injectors where not firing

have you checked for injector pulse yet

Would code 32 have anything to do with the injectors or coil not getting any power?

My jeep doesn't have a egr system. So do you think my ecu is going bad?

no it also stated the code was of no value on models with out a egr valve you need to test for injector pulse

to figure out a problem like this test have to be done maybe your best bet here is to get a manual and read trouble shooting and do each and every test untill you come to the problem
