I've had the P0455 code for a while and decided to look into it today. Here is what I found along the vacuum hoses on the rail right next to the transfer case. I cleaned away the grime from the two hoses and inspected them for a crack or hole but can't seem to find anything. This clearly looks like the source of my Evap leak, correct? Should I just replace both hoses and hope for the best or is there an easy way to determine which hose is leaking?
