Default Sound at the Wheel

So I noticed my 99 seems to have this odd rather duck sound when I turn and my steering wheel is tilted straight up.
If I tilted back down a bit the noise is there but somewhat intermittent.
I hear it under the hood close to the fire and of course in the cab.
Any idears?

Sounds like the steering shaft is rubbing against the seal at the fire wall. Just lube it with some white lithium grease and you should be good to go
