i know some cherokees, mainly newer ones i think, came with the sound bars. has anyone tried to install a wrangler sound bar in there cherokee? i can obtain 1 for a wrangler at a great price from my cousin, should i get it and can i make it fit? thanks.

 

I don't know, but I bet you could get one from a junk yard for that same price or better, and it would be easier.

 

Anything can be done if you have the time and the fab skills. If I am not mistaken the ones for the wrangler mount one the roll bar and the one for the XJ mounts to the roof/headliner.

 

It'll be way too thick and be missing the contour of the XJ roof. Probably cheaper, and easier to get an out of an XJ. You won't gain much by using a Wrangler one...
