I went through the same problem. When you replace your radiator, (I learned through tons of frustration), replace the hoses, cap and most radiator related parts. I thought my hoses were good, but ended up with a tiny pinhole in one of the hoses and it was causing the Cherokee to overheat. Duct tape got me home and able to replace the hose the next day. Hope this helps!

well i have all ready replaced the hoses and got a brand new thermostat housing it seems like it its coming from the under sided but like i said i have replaced everything but the water pump.
Dont forget your heater control valve, dont think thats it but you never know, things fails at the damndest times. Cheap plastic part that can get cracks pretty easily...as I have found out.
