Default How to drain '99 Cherokee radiator

I own two Cherokees (93 & 99). My 93 has an easily visible petcork for draining the radiator. I can't find one on my 99 Cherokee radiator. Can anyone advise?

Pull the bottom radiator hose off. Petcocks like to break so I never touch them.

I found on our '98 that the bottom rad hose was much more accessible with the air filter box removed.

I have a special socket for radiator petcock that I ordered online. Works much better than pliers.

there is. Pull the passenger front blinker out and it'll be sitting right there. Way easier to just pull the lower hose though.

You can pull the grill out to access the petcoCk, but pulling the hose is faster. Messier, but faster.

Yeah, the petcock is difficult to get to and turn. Not much room in there if I remember right.

In mine the petcock doesn't turn it pulls outward. I just flushed my cooling system. I pulled the passenger headlight bezel and turn signal. Hooked up a drain hose into a bucket then pulled out the petcock. I took the old coolant to a recycling center as per state law afterward.
