Default Something keeps popping

I'm kinda lost as to what the heck keeps popping. I've tightened everything.
I thought it might be my front drive shaft. But everything is tight. Then I thought it was my LCA bushings wearing out. But my buddy who owned the jeep before me said the bushings are in decent shape. I don't want to replace them and not have that be the issue.

I have a stange pop/ clunk as well. I have been chasing the thing for a long time and still have not found it. I changed control arm bushings, track arm, shocks and all and it still does it. Mine happens usually when I am backing out of a spot and have the wheel cranked all the way. I would love some answers on this too, but I have just learned to live with it. By the way I have a 1.5 block shackle lift just so we all know.
Thanks Brendan

I was trying to add in all the details but work got in the way. So I notice this pop when I turn. Big bumps or holes in the road. I can even feel it some times under my feet. I hear it when making sharp turns in either direction.

It's metal on metal sound. I say it has to be under or closely around the drivers seat/center console. First thing that comes to mind is my drive shaft.

The best way I can describe the sound is by this. If your bones were made of metal and no cartiledge to buffer the two. Imagine the sound that would make. Hope that makes sense.

Ever since I replaced the front upper control arms. I've had nothing but issues. Noise issues only. But now my front sway bar makes noise. Anyone else with noise issues on this? I have JKS quick disco's.

I'm gonna mess with it a little more tonight and pay more attention to every nuance.

If you put on a transfer case lowering kit, it could be your exhaust hitting the cross member. Mine did after i lowered it!

I've got the transfer case lowered. But it's been lowered for 5 years.
It wasn't up until those damn upper control arms were put on did I start having issues.
I know what it is! Since I've put new control arms, shocks and bushings. The rest of the parts are pissed and jealous so they are acting up. I swear that's what happens. They get upset and jealous that they are not as shinny and spiffy lookin like the new parts in "town." So they are making the old man groans. Essentially telling me they need to be replaced too. Well, it's not going to happen b/c I'm freakin broke okay! Now shut up track bar and know your role!

A shop set my 92 on the rack and rolled it back and forth until we found the drag link bolts that required tightening. Now this was not your typical tightening, but rather a two foot breaker bar type of tightening. The "popping" did stop, temporarily. Its back now and I'm going to have to find and inspect the bolts and mating brackets for elongation and wear damage.
