Well i wanted to make my 2wd jeep a 4wd and my dad bought a 96 4wd cherokee pioneer and i was just going to swap my parts off of my jeep (tires,bumpers etc..) and put it on the pioneer and call it a done deal,well i looked underneath the pioneer today and the floor boards are rotted out so insted of using the 4wd pioneer i am going to just take the front axle,transmisson and transfer case out of the pioneer and put it in my jeep. The 4wd pioneer is a 4cyl and mine is a straight 6. Will the 4cyl transmisson bolt up to my straight 6 motor? Also how hard will it be to swap the interior becuase i really like the interior on the pioneer (blue and gray). Thanks
