So i have an 89 xj today i did an axel swap replaced the d35 with an 8.25 with posi, then i procedded to remove my abs equp, replaced everything on the drums, new cylinders hardware kit and pads, new master/booster, bled the brakes twice and master, i can stop but they feel soggy, where should i start? Only thing i can think of is i did not adjust my pads,

 

Re adjust the rears and see how it feels..
