As far as I recall, the muffler has a small hole which is designed to let condensation out.

Well I checked my oil and oil cap and they were both good, so hopefully it's just water.

Longship- that would make sence...

Yes, It has a weep hole on the inlet I think.

if its leaking as much as you say just check the coolant level bet its condesation

Its an 01, with a "liter" of "water" out of your exhaust Im gonna assume cracked head.
Does it run like crap?
