Cabin filled with smoke and the smell of burning wire. Lost my fan but everything else works, I am assuming the switch but is there anything else to look at? Wires going to the fan motor are fine and were cool to touch.

 

Check the plug at the blower motor too, they like to overheat.

 

Poke your noggin up under the passenger side dash. Move your heater controls until the big flap opens up and you can see blower motor squirrel cage. Just to the left of that is the blower motor resistor. It could have burned up.

 

Found it ..... the clutch master was leaking onto the back of the fuse box. Had to do a little wire work and change the master, bot it's all good now.
