Default Small rust spots I'm going to fix today, but how?

I have a few like dime/ nickel sized rust spots on the paint of my Jeep and I'm going to fix them today. After I remove the rust and make a flat painting surface, should I use brush-touch up paint or should I try and get my hands on spray touch up paint (if there is such thing)?

Or, should I get spray paint?

If this helps, it's a '98 and it's white (not exactly sure of the actual color)

spray. You can get exact colors from the dealer. If they happen to be on the rockers, do what stryker did
