does anyone know what the small plastic dome is right above the rear view mirror? Thanks...TJ

It is the reciever for the IR signal for keyless entry.

Dealer or eBay but the dealer will need to program it for you. Some locksmiths also do the programming but they charge as much as the dealers do so it's your choice.
