Default Small Busted Wire/Tube?

Can anyone tell me what this wire is for? Pictures are crappy because it was getting dark. It's a small wire with a tube piece on the end that connects to 2 different piece of the engine. Forgive me engines are not my specialty!

The small tube on one end is busted so its barely sits connected. The Jeep runs fine and I'm sure this is a small fix. Just wanting to gain some knowledge and fix it myself.

I didn't realize how terrible the pictures actually were. If no one can identify this wire I will take much better pictures in the sunlight tomorrow.

How about this pic?
Although I dont have one on my post-update, it's the fuel pressure regulator vaccuum connect, if I recall correctly (IIRC). I'm sure if wrong, somebody will correct me on this. (And it that case, at least I gave you a clear daylight pic to use

That's a vacuum "tree" and hard style vacuum lines. One goes to the fuel pressure regulator and the other usually goes to a solenoid (vacuum switch) or EGR valve.

Awesome! Thanks for the pic roller. It is exactly what I was talking about.

Can I get a new one of these at my local AutoZone or Advanced Auto Parts?

Yes, you can buy a roll of hard emissions line in the HELP! section along with various tees and fittings.

It's not all it's cracked up to be - 9 times out of 10 I need some stupid little thing and advanced, autozone, and Napa don't have it. Same with electronics stores - they're all just cell phone huts anymore. Can't get a single resistor, cap, etc you need most of the time.

Gotta love rockauto, though.

I only use the local auto stores for gaskets, exhaust parts (cuz of shipping), and fluids.

AZ I didn't, usually I use Rockauto or Amazon. Sometimes Summitracing.
But the shipping costs to here are often the killer....

I went today to my local Pull-A-Part and picked up this wire off a 1994 XJ. Also got myself 2 new headlights that I needed!

If you anyone has any pull a part junkyards or the like (do it yourself), I really recommend them for getting those small dinky pieces that some auto parts stores won't have.
