Nope sorry I got mine from Jeepin Outfitter and it was a RE one. They are not that expensive and easily replaceable you would think that they would help you out on it.

I would call them up. Inform them you are a member of a couple of Jeep forums and will spread the word about there business practices LOL.

Only threaten if they refuse to Help ya out that is!

If you never want to have a bad experience then buy from ROUGH COUNTRY best customer service by far!

Yeah I agree 100% about rough country but I went threw my entire steering and they had all the stuff I needed at a pretty good price. Everything else is great quality and works great but that just pisses me off that this happened and they wont return calls or emails or anything. Ill give them a little time to fix it then the flaming begins.

I mean it is a what 30$ part and they could lose a couple of good customers over it. Just something you need to make them realize. They should make it right on the first call.

EXP with Rough Country

Bought 3in kit. (full packs) Hadabout 8 months... I went wheelin in the badlands. Lost an inch of lift on the left side. Called Jason at Rough Country and with no other questions I had a new Full pack sitting on my door step in 4 days. All I did was talk on the phone with him ONE time. I didn't pay nothing. So I get my inch back and Now i have a full pack as a trail spare!!!

Sweet thanks for the advise stryker. I know its kinda sad to get pissed about a $30 part but its sadder that they are willing to lose customers for that little bit when I have spent almost a grand with them in the last 6 months.

YOu have every right to get pissed over a part no matter how much it cost! just that they are willing to lose a customer and who ever he tells over a 30 dollar part is what is funny!

Well I'm one of their future ex-customers. I'm in the market for a lift and all I need is one bad experience with others saying another company has 100 times better customer service. I will be looking elsewhere unless they have a great explanation for avoiding you...like their receptionists spontaneously imploded like the drummer from Spinal Tap.

Hey guys just thought I would let you all know how this turned out. I woke up this morning called them and finally got to talk to someone. As soon as I told them what had happened they gave me a tracking number to the new one that is on the way. So they were hard to get ahold of but once I did they stuck behind there word and sent me a new one no questions asked.
