Anyone ever put one of these on?

Wondering how hard it is and if it is a good lift to put on.
I offroad a little bit but I mostly just go mudding.
I also plan on putting in 3" lifting coil springs for the front and 3" lifting leaf springs for the back.

Good starter lift. Its how most start untill you said 3in coils then you need adjustable upper and lower control arms and track bar along with shocks.
Here's how I started easy and cheep! Rough country 2 1/2 coil spaces and I used 1 1/2 blocks shackles would be better. I ran 31 LDBs (Supper Swampers) I got a little rub not bad. Next I trimmed the fenders. If you don't have an xj builders guide get one (cartechbooks.com) get one. With fender trimming you can run 33s on stock hight.

I have a coil spacer/shackle lift and it's good enough for me. I have a saggy rear end, though because my leafs were shot and the extended shackles put a lot more stress on them. Also, with 5 total lift, the driveline will be at a real steep angle. You'll need to at least do a transfer case drop and shim the rear. You'll also need extended brake lines front and rear along with new control arms.
