Default skid bolts

hey this may have been asked b4 but i can't find it.....if it has sorry....i was wondering how u get the bolts out of the frame for the t-case skid plate...i broke the studs pointing down but the other 2 are good...any help would be appreciated....my skid plate is only being held on with 2 bolts...thnx

Do you have a dremel and pipe wrench? Take the dremel and grind two flat sides on the stud for the pipe wrench to grip. use the pipe wrench to turn it back and forth a couple times to loosen it and then unscrew. The heat from the dremel breaks the locktight or rust and loosens it. I did this on both of mine and they came out like butter.

this only works if you have some stud sticking out. if it broke flat, you'll have to drill them out.

Sometimes a fire wrench is even helpful (torch).
