Like side exhaust before the rear tire?
If so i dont think anybody would have that since it would get destroyed when going offroad but if the vehicle is going to be a mall crawler and never see the rocks then it might look cool coming out from the side.

buddy of mine has it done,looks alright. He made it come striaght out the side instead of at an angle which would of looked way better. Its welded together good but is starting to get bent around from hills

alright. i figured it would get destroyed. this is no mall crawler. when i had my exhaust redone the idiots who did it made the tailpipe touching the gas tank and shackle. it makes awful noises. any suggestions of what i can do?

Or take it somewhere else and have a new tailpipe installed.
Or install a new tailpipe yourself.
Or try to "tweak" the existing one around so its not rubbing anything.
That's all i can think of. I'm not a big fan of dumping a pipe out the side or underneath.
I've had a few vehicles without tailpipes only because of financial reasons. Dont really like the way it sounds, and the fumes inside the vehicle can be quite annoying and dangerous.
If you do decide on a dump underneath, at least make sure its not pointing directly at the gas tank, shocks, axle, etc..

be sure to check local laws before doin a side exit. Here in VA on a unibody vehicle it has to exit the rear of the vehicle, and on trucks it has to exit behind the cab
