I am on the fence on whether or not to keep my BFG MTs, since my XJ will be way more of a street rig. I'm thinking of buying some ATs and selling off the MTs. I can get a set of (5) 31x11.50 Mickey Thompson MTX w/ 15x8 D-windows for about $775. Decisions, decisions....
What's your opinion??

my jeep is 99% street rig and i have run boggers, creepy crawlers, and tsl's.
when offroad I wan't all the traction I can get so it is worth it to me.
mud terrains don't wear bad on the street, they may hum a little but I wouldn't say its worth $775 to get new tires.

What about $895 shipped for (5) 33x10.50 BFG KM2, stock gears mind you?? I had some 33x12.50 for about four months and on road it wasn't that bad, but how bad would it be off-road?
It's mainly up to you and your money. If you wanna get new tires, go right ahead. Sell your current set to offset the cost.

I have seen your rig on 33's and on 31's and I liked it better on 31's. Now if you would have kept that D44 I hooked you up with, I would like the 33's better lmao. Nah for real the 31's are the ticket
