when i called all the places i told them exactly what i was doing to make sure i dont get screwed in the end. so i said im buying a totalled jeep, parting most of it out and looking for a place to dump the rest of it when i am done. they were like yea thats fine! Then i was like there is no title for it and everyone i called said no way.

hmm just have to expand your search if u want to sell it for scrap there is gonna be some one that will do it, helps if u knew a guy at the place:-p And rember some of those ppl that answer the phone just go by the "rules" but some oen else there mgiht bend them, could alwasy ask the next place you call what would they suggest for u to do after u part it out they may kno some one or some way to get rid of it.
I kno i said it before but did u look in your paper for the guys that junk cars, or buy used cars for liek 200 bucks kinda deals? there are alot of ppl near me cuz i live clsoe to some heavely populated areas. But you may be able to just give the jeep to them when your done and they know some one that will junk it for them with out a titile, even if u dont get cash for scraping the shell is still gone in the end.

I say go look at it. If it has a VIN plate it's probably OK and he's not trying to hide anything. Also to be on the safe side get your cop friend to run the VIN to see if it's on any HOT sheets. When you sell off all the parts cut the thing up in small manageable pieces and scrap it. There’s no frame to worry about. It should be easy. Go for it! End of story.
