Default Shocks

I'm looking to buy some new shocks, I have a 96 xj with a 2" lift, more of a daily diver but it does see dirt occasionally. What brand would anyone suggest for a reasonable amout of money.

Tenneco automotive is my customer, therefore Monroe Shocks. I ran the last set over 110,000 km, one rear failed, changed all 4. I use the SensiTrac model on all corners, the rears I opted for the coil over extra load models. With your 2" lift run the stock shock application, you won't have any length issues, I use a 2" blocks under the dogbone mounts with a 3.5" lift. Still articulates to full stuff of the tires into the wheelwells. Monroe is made here at home and excellent qualtiy for the price.

I've got BDS in the rear and Rancho in the fronts. I've had rancho adjustables in the rear of a different truck, have been satisfied with all.
