looking for new shocks real soon

3" rancho lift .. current shocks are rancho 5000 .. feel like 2x4s .. i think .. the bushings are cracked a bit, outer shells have some rust showing .. no idea of their age

or does the lift make it hard on pavement ?

I lifted the rear end to check brakes .. jeep drove alot smoother right after, guessing that compression 'free'd" those up in rear .. drove very nice .. but it got cold outdoors .. back to 2x4 feel

looking at procomp es9000 .. not a bad price $160 for all 4

I really liked the sensatracs on stock height .. last XJ .. handle well

lookin for daily driver smooth, deep snow / mud, .. then maybe in summer do some basic wheelin .. Im not entering into any rockcrawl contests .. but need smoother ride .. budget minded too .. $160 sounds very nice.. about what i paid after mail rebate on sensatracs

thoughts ?
