I have a 92 jeep cheroke and the upper rear bolts broke for the shocks. Any help please.I have attach a pic.

 

There are plenty of threads on fixes for this. I did the fix where i ised an air chisle to pound out the old bolts then I took thin wire and pulled bolts down from the top via the access hole. Do a search. There are 100's of pages on the Internet about this.

 

Here is the easiest fix that i have found, and you will never have to deal with broken shock bolts ever again

what i did was drill another hole to the side of it, put a washer through it and then just tighten it that way
