Shock mount........play?

Is there supposed to be any play in shocks where they mount to the fender well?

Mine have no play at at all, Check the torque of the nuts

The rubber bushings are probably wasted giving you the play. Any autoparts store carries replacements.

^^ This. Mine were beat and the shock had a good bit of play. Clunked pretty bad too. I used it as an excuse to replace my front shocks, much better now
