shifter

On a auto tranny cab the shifted Händel be removed to get the shifted cover off to be replaced

Grab handle, pull-up.
Pull Hard, do NOT get face between handle and roof of Jeep. When it lets go you will understand the importance of this admonition.

^^ DONT listen to the above.. place nose directly above shifter handle and pull with all you got!

I agree...I punched my self in the face takin mine off before hahaha
