OK this may be dumb question but
how the hell do you get the T handle off the shifter automatic tranny
I need to fix indicator for what gear its in

gonna sound crazy.. but you pull it off straight up. It threw me for a loop too but you really have to pull hard. According to alldata its the proper procedure. Careful though.

Put key in ignition and turn to "ON"
Put foot on brake.
Push in shifter button
In one full strength swoop, pull shifter back to 2-1 and UP

Should POP right off

T-Bone shifter **** button faces the passenger side instead of me...

Like that when i bought it....Is the fix as simple as pulling it up and off and making it face me?? if so (obvious answer) Push it back on right?? Hard lol oh and just so we are clear the **** comes off not the stick...

or you can just move the steering wheel to the other side. haha
