be careful, if you take the doors off the fat chicks wont have to jump, they can just fall in.

this thread has nothing to do with hinges.

that's not a hinge, it's just a small arm that tends to break fairly often and make alot of noise and not even work to keep the door open.

a hinge is the structural part that mounts A part to B part.

becareful taking the doors off. if i were u i wouldnt just unbolt them.. i did that and couldnt get them lined back up. i had to do the whole mod over.

Try your local junk yard and you may be able to get a pair of struts for your rear hatch for about $10

I did the same thing...and lining the doors back up took me all of 30 seconds a door.
