Ok. Been getting front end shake in my 99 XJ. At first I was getting horrible DW between 50-60, so bad I had to stop at times. Two awesome mechanic shops that I trust said all my suspension/steering parts look good. One mechanic rotated tires and about 75% of shake went away and he said my front tires were out of round and I need an alignment. So I get an alignment and nothing really changes ! Any ideas ?? Should I have tires road forced balanced ?? Thanks

 

Wouldn't hurt to check tire balance before chasing parts.

 

Balance fine but tires have uneven tread wear. I guys that's the shaking issue

 

I gad that problem. Once I changed out the uneven wearing tires it was fine.

 

So you had shake issue with uneven worn tire ?
