Default Shackle lift

Eventually im going to get some tera flex 1.5 inch shackle lifts for my cherokee. Are these the best shackle lifts for the money? I am new to these shackles so what do i put in the front to match the lift i added to the rear. I have a 4 in leaf spring and coil over shock life currently on my cherokee now and i want to squeak a couple more inches out, is this the right thing to do without getting all new leaf springs and such?

Those are good priced shackles. I considered them until i found RC's shackles cheaper.

Yeah this is a good setup to run but just make sure your bumpstops are set properly in the back so the springs don't invert too often or at all. That wears them out.

A 1 1/2" coil spacer up front will work.

Depending on if your getting a bigger bumper/winch.

My dad told me that the shackles wear out your leaf springs faster but if keep the ratio distance from bump stop to leaf spring the same how could it wear or flatten out your leaf springs? Do you get what i mean?

Yes. That's what i said above. Keep the bumpstops set properly and don't let the springs invert.

I would go with Rough Country. RC has better products and customer service. RC shackles are $52 shipped and adjustable 1" or 2".

There are so many issues with rusty's and numerous negative threads on his stuff.

Lookie here Brooks & Dunn.
That has to be the biggest untrue country lyric of all times.

Unless B&D did some MAJOR overhauling of thier GTO...there is no way you could shackle-up one. GTO's had coil spring rear suspension.

Its all good. Just thought I'd throw that out. But then YOu already knew that...right?
