it takes 5 min to check im not sure, thats whats nice with having two i got a 94 and 89 it heldps with some things. The only thing you got left is pulse that is controled by the sensor in the dist

what does the injector pulse do anyways? im new to alot of this stuff

if theinjectors are not getting a shot of current to tell them when to spray fuel ,the motor is not going to start the call it pulse like a heart rate

Question

i sprayed starting fluid into the intake shouldnt it have fired up like at least a cylinder?

Question

hm my battery is dead so i will have to try sometime.........does this sound like a fuel pump? i hear it buzzing as soon as i turn the key............

nope. a million reasons why...motor getting to much fuel being one. Before ruling anything out, understand the system first. Googles great for answering simple questions like how a MAP sensor works and what it does on your rig.

It sounds like your just guessing...do you have a chiltons manual? If you don't start by going down to the parts house and picking one up. That will at least give you a basic understanding of the OBDII system and what everything does on your rig, as well as how to test various fuel system components.

haha alright sooo if i have one problem already will using the key trick on obd only show one coe that wrong? or all of them? got 12 unhooked bat or comp. lately. dode 41 on because the externally wired volt. reg. and 55 end codes need this car RUNNIN cant stand getting rides in my girlfriends suzuki sidekick anymore

MAP is manifold air pressure i threw a code when i needed mine changed and it was a low voltage my xj idle like sh** and wouldnt make it down the block without stalling. you tried that and it didnt work? check the line that goes from the sensor to your manifold if you cant see through it that could also be your problem
