Seat Bracket for a 95
I'm in the middle of a pretty major overhaul of the floor in my new (to me) 95 Cherokee SE (There's a thread coming on that, i'm just taking pics as I go, and want to keep it concise).
I've found all the metal I need to finish the job, except for replacements for the factory seat mounts. I'm happy with the seats that are in the Jeep, for now, and really just need the metal support the front end of the front seat rails bolts to. I snapped a couple of the small screws pulling the seats, and the bottoms of the support/bracket were pretty ate up with rust, so they met with my cutoff wheel and are no more.
I've been cruising through any thread that seems even mildly relevant, and saw one mention of just going to the dealership. I wanted to know if this is the way to go, or if there was a better (cheaper) option? Does anyone have a part number handy?
Thanks

Ok. The piece I'm looking for is that metal bar that welds to the floor that the front seat bolts to. Any help in finding that, new or used but salvageable, it doesn't matter. Mine are fubared, and my seats can't go back without them.

Quick status update; it looks like I found the parts (#10 in the attached diagram; they have the opposite side as well). I'm going to the dealership tomorrow to double check that these will work, as they're listed as being for a 2001; but they look pretty spot on. Right at $30 for both. https://www.jeeppartsdept.com
worst case, I guess I could have fabbed something up, but I don't have a break that big, so it would have been some home brewed BS bent with a vice, a hammer and a 2x4.

So after a call to the parts department, I was given the following part numbers:
Driver side: 55174759AB
Passenger Side: 55174756AB
Doing a quick search on those numbers revealed that it is the same part (called a front seat reinforcement mount) from 1995-2001.
As a happy side note, I stumbled across a site that hosts user supplied content, some of which includes parts manuals and factory service manuals for XJ's from at least 1995-2001, and probably more (although I honestly stopped searching after those years, as they really don't pertain to me).
Here's the 01 parts catalog. http://www.scribd.com/doc/2662711/Je...-Parts-Catalog
A quick search for "jeep xj (year)" on the site brought up docs like the service manual

Didn't find anything available. The only places I've found it were at various dealerships, and it's been limited quantities based on what they haven't sold yet.
Worst case scenario, It's only made out of 16 gauge sheet metal, bent and flanged, with a couple of holes drilled for some reason (fishing wires?). It can be remade, it's just a matter of taking the time to do so. My project is big enough without having to re-invent the wheel, so I'm avoiding hand making parts if I can help it.

I've had a plan in mind from the get go on this project, I was just needing a little help finding the parts to execute to plan.
