ran a can today through my brake booster hose. ran half of it there, then the other half down the tank. now my concern is when i was running it through the intake, i didnt see any smoke come out my exhuast. wat does that mean, i have no carbon build up? i have 113,000 miles on it. im at a loss.

 

did you by any chance pour it into the brake booster by mistake and not into the engine? that could explain your lack of smoke or your Jeep has an exceptionally clean engine

 

When I bought my jeep i ran the seafoam and and barley any smoke. I have used in the past and could not even stand around the vehicle there was so much smoke

 

no i poured it in the engine for sure. it just seemed odd that i didnt see any smoke some out. another thing, how often do you guys use seafoam? one a year? every couple of months? what?

 

I've used it twice so far. and the treatments were about a month apart. first time it smoked a ridiculous amount. 2nd time it also smoked but nowhere near as bad.
