Can't remember what the can says, but start there. I usually add 1/2 can to the crankcase 1-2 days before every 3rd oil change, the rest goes in the tank.

te can doesn't say anywhere how long to leave it in there for.......is like 120-150 miles enough for it to do its job?

On a thread on here awhile back, the popular consensus was that you can put it in, but go no more than 500 miles, at the most(so the 150-200 you said should good to switch) and then change oil and filter. Make sure the oil and filter are changed

i leave it in there for three days. then a can goes in the fuel tank and a half a can goes in the vacuum line coming off your master cylinder

If you follow some of the muscle car forums, they mention having a full tank of fuel and near time for an oil change. Use the standard procedures as shown in that video I put up, and use ALL or almost all the fuel in the tank - that is the "best" way to gauge "how long" to leave it in.
