Just put BG44K in my full tank today. Totally worth the $28 so far.

I have not heard of Bg44k but have run Seafoam on my tank and im a believer and at around 10-12 bucks for a can its fairly inexpensive for the value. My 2 cents

10-12 bucks for paint thinner, isopropyl alcohol and light oil? Sorry, dont consider that a value.
I wouldnt put that crap in my motor. (Oil treatment, I mean)

BG44k used to be good stuff, from what I can find on a search (never heard of it before), but they changed their formula a while ago and now it just looks about the same as seafoam. Light oil and petroleum distillates.

Wires and plugs last month.Just thought a cleanout wouldnt hurt. 187000 miles.

I'm gonna b putting in upgrade injectors the 784s in my 99 grand Cherokee prolly gonna put new spark plugs in as well r there any other preventative n upgrade things I could do to tune up my jeep?

You can, but a full bottle of seafoam in a tank? Maybe in a diesel or other vehicle that has a larger tank. 1/3 or maybe half for an XJ. A qt of MMO is only 5$, use 1/3 in your fuel tank.
MMO can be use for in addition to most other fluids as well. Other than Coolant that is.
I always keep at least a bottle of MMO in my XJ.
