I ran a can of Seafoam through the fuel system of our 201,000 miler a few weeks back. The stuff is about $10 a can but I felt it couldn't hurt give the fuel system a good cleaning. I drove it about 60-miles that day and never really noticed a difference.
I'm not a big fan of adding anything to flush out your block. Despite what all the quicky lube joints will try to make you believe, not a single automotive manufacturer recommends flushing your engine. Just change your oil at regular intervals.
As for where to get Sea Foam, Autozone doesn't even list it on their web site, so they may not carry it. I got mine at O'Reilly's.
For $10 it might be one of the least expensive "shot in the dark" fixes you can make and it doesn't require any real effort either.

Soak some dirty parts in it - nothing!
Soak some carboned up pistons in it - nothing!
Try to light a puddle of it - nothing!
Put it in a new engine - SMOKE! Where was the carbon?
Look up the materials data sheet - oil!
Marketing scam - but fools fall for it!

*Introduced into a vacuum line and letting it sit for a period of time before starting can help soften and burn out some carbon on the top end of the engine
*Used as an additive to gas, it has a strong stoddard solvent which can help optimize fuel injector spray patterns
*I'm not a big fan of adding it to oil. Unless you have a severely abused engine (lack of oil changes), it is not necessary. If you do add it, add a third of a can and don't leave it in there long!! Couple of hours maybe.....that same solvent that helps with carbon and cleaning of fuel injectors also severely reduces the lubricating qualities of your oil. Changing oil on a more frequent basis will generally clean the engine adequately.

The majority is oil and a little Naptha,
There are REAL carbon cleaners, this just isn't one of them.
If it's carboned up find out the reason why, fix it rather than trying to cover it up with a placebo.
corn oil, salad oil, olive oil, Marvel Mystery Oil, etc will clean just as well -- and smoke too.
If it really did anything, you'd be able to clean a carburetor in it - might as well use water.

I don't believe in "repairs in a can" but for
What it's worth I have passed 2(different vehicles) emission tests using seafoam in the gas tank. Seems to lean it out some.. Made my ol 5.0 pass echeck in Ohio a

I used it, did it help? It idled a tad smoother after going thru the throttle body (vaccume line only gets rear cylinders )I poured it till she stalled waited 30 minutes, smoked out my neighborhood and ban, lol, all I noticed was a smooth idle, I clean my case with it every10-15k , I wanna try mmo in the same method to see what happens, I use seafoam to clean stuff all the time, it's not as harsh as brake cleaner but it works, is it doing anyting? I can't tell you
