Its supposed to clean off varnish and carbon deposits from your engine.

It just cleans your engine, gas tank, injectors, intake and crank case. Also if you search you will find out more info on how much to use and where you can put it.

it helps clean carbon build up. you put it in your gas tank and Throttle body. it says you can put it in your crankcase but i'd advise not to. You can buy it at oreillys, auto zone, advanced auto. It has instructions on the can. look on youtube if u want to watch step by step on how to do it.

As an ol timer i always was leary of this kind of thing.. snake oil mentality i guess.

I'm working on a ZJ i had sitting for three years, even after a fresh tune i had a rough idle at startup. Bought a can of Seafoam today at AutoZone..$10. Half the can in the fuel tank and other slowly poured in brake booster vacuum line.

Wasnt long till i noticed a smoother idle, seems to work.

I was expecting alot of smoke, however i only had a bit.
