Angry Scew hole in my gas tank

So ihavent been able to pass the CA EVAP test and have gone through my entire fuel system only to find that the kid that owned my xj before me had put a screw hole through the tank when he bolted down his speaker box any ideas how to fix it without having to replace the whole tank

They sell stuff at your local parts store that you can shove down in the hole or put over top of it. I had to do this before because i put a screw hole in my gas tank on my last jeep bolting down my sub.
