Scattered Electrical Issues
1996 Jeep Cherokee Country, IL6 4.0 High Output.
Power door locks would not function. Replaced fuse for locks, immediately blew. I replaced the relays for both unlock and lock and another new fuse; the locks worked for a moment, then it popped the fuse again. Now there will be occasions where the radio will stop working at the same time as the A/C fan stopping, but only for a moment. I have searched for the power distribution diagram for my Jeep, but I haven't been able to find my particular model. Judging based on what the cover says, I am missing big fuses, but I do not know what they are used for.
I don't know whether to just buy new fuses and place them in the order my cover says to in the power distribution box or not, because I am not sure what they all do. I google and google, but no avail. Anybody have any intel?
Appreciate your time.

96 PDC is different than 95 or 97 so it's difficult to find info.
I went out and took a pic of my PDC, also a '96. See below.
I'd check the wiring that goes to the doors for the power lock issue, it tends to get abraded over time.
