I picked up a sanden AC compressor from a newer body XJ and mounted it to my 91 to use as on board air. I'm having issues with finding a pipe reducing coupler for the output of the compressor. 5/8 to 1/2 is too small and 3/4 to 1/2 is too big. I'm guessing I need an 11/16" FIP to 1/2" FIP reducer coupling but can't find that size anywhere. Am I missing something? I've done all my homework on how to set up OBA in my XJ but haven't read about anyone saying anything about special couplers or getting specific compressors. Do I need to get a certain sanden from a specific Jeep???
Any help would be great

I'm having the same problem. I went to the Hose Man(look online, Cali only I think) and was told I need compression fittings. They are sized differently. But you will need to get a section o pipe also. I was hoping some one could tell us what you used to make your work. Thanks.
