Default Sand dragging a stock jeep

Hey guys, so i just picked up a 1996 jeep cherokee 4.0 ho. It has 270,000 miles but runs like a champ, and is faster than my buddies jeeps with 100,000 miles less. I drag race ever sumer in sand and want to know if you guys have any cheap tricks on making this jeep scream more than it already does. Im not worried about hurting this motor. It might have been rebuilt. I already put a cold air intake on it. Thanks
