Is there anything That can be done to save a slipping transmission besides rebuilding it I wanted to know if I can save my current one rebuild it or find another one? Any tips would help

 

Check fluid levels.

you can get them pretty cheap used. no point in rebuilding if you're on an extreme budget

 

I drove my TJ thru some real deep water and it ruined the 3speed automatic transmission, I flushed out all the mixed water and trans fluid, then I replaced JUST the clutch pack and filter. I drove it another 50,000 miles before I sold it and nothing went wrong. Water will ruin clutches within a few days.
Clutches from AutoZone for my TJ was $129.99 and I installed it myself and took me a day to do it.
Every transmission shop said I needed a complete rebuild, I called B/S on them!
If your mechanically inclined,is try that first!

 

Well I already checked the fluids in my aw4 n their fine

Can anyone give me a guesstimate of how much a rebuild would run?
