Im from TX man so gotta go with that theme haha...I'm gonna re-fabric it with a TX flag! It looks pretty easy. All ya gotta do is take the old fabric off, clean the board to get that foamy crap off then re-wrap it with what ever you want and reinstall...ill post pics when i get mine put in

My '96 had no board. It was a fiberglass pad that wasn't reuseable. From a previous thread it was mentioned that '96 and into '97 had them. Anyway,I tore the whole thing out, relocated the wiring for the front dome light, and did the easiest thing that was suggested. Leave it as is and just don't look up. Working so far (actually not that bad at all).

1.Yeah, just remove the whole headliner
2.Remove the material
3.Clean ALL the loose foam off
4.Spray with (headliner adhesive) from napa
5.Apply new material of your choice
6.Reinstall and Voila !
Note, do not cheap out on # 4, or you will end up doing it again after the first HOT day.
