Well when you put it like that, I have really stiff rear and front suspension. I'll go ahead and take it out tomorrow. I'll save it for a while and save the parts for the BPE's.

Remove your rear sway bar, sling it out into the weeds as far as you can and then go test drive your XJ. I bet you can drive it as crazy as you ever did before and notice VERY little to NO difference. I've been on a 6" lift with 32" tires for almost 4 years, now. I've been on windy mountain interstate highways at 80 and 85 and it's all good. Definitely take the time, trouble and expense to keep your front sway bar connected when on road. That one makes a HUGE difference. Front end flexes like mad when disconnected, though. I made some really cool quick disconnects for my XJ using some 4" bolts and coupling nuts hooked to the stock links. My son has JKS quicker disconnects on his XJ and I can remove mine faster than he can his.

You got it, Brother. as soon as I get home on Wednesday. I will post pics. I will tell you up front that they are not without a flaw. If I go off road without disconnecting the sway bar links, and flex out the front suspension, they have broken. The part that breaks is the stock link, though, and those things are a dime a dozen in scrapyards. So, they have a weak link but, it is an inexpensive weak link. I will also say these things have never and I mean never come apart while highway driving. I like the way they work.

Hey!!! Very cool idea. I never thought of that. This is what I love about this site. So many guys with cool new ideas. You just may have a better design than mine, right there.

My qwik discos are VERY similar to the ones on www.lunghd.com but, I put my own little spin on my particular design. Pics will be coming soon.
