Default Saddest day of my life

Ok so I was on the way home from college thursday (which is a four hour drive) and i started to not hear my exhaust anymore. I pull over pop my back hatch open and rev my engine up. Turns out at a certain RPM the charcoal in my catylitic converter stops up. I continued home because i was only alittle over an hour away. Finally About 30 minutes from my house i go to climb a hill and i dont get over 35mph. I can also smell my engine cooking so i pull over and call AAA. The wrecker came and loaded it up and towed it to my house where i proceded to park it in the back yard in the woods. It is going to wait till this summer because i plan on doing a complete over haul and stroker kit to it. As well as a bigger lift with 4 links.

If the cat is plugged and overheated, don't park in tall grass, weeds or brush, as it will start a fire. Then you will definitely be having a bad day!

same happened to me a few years back in an old XJ of mine. I cut open the ex pipe, hollowed out the cat and put her back together.
Drama queen is right.
